Daily blog 2 | Happy Eid-e-Ghorban

Hi guys !

Yesterday was Eid-e-Ghorban or Feast of sacrific so I have written about it but unfortunately I haven’t got an Internet connection so now I have I will write what I should write yesterday. It is on yesterday’s time so far 😤

Today is September the 12th which we celebrate Eid-e-Ghorban.  Most of you probably haven’t heard about this celebration but I will tell you what it is. First it is for Muslims which is celebrated every year by us.let me continue with some questions !

What is Eid-e-Ghorban ?

Eid-e-Ghorban is celebrated by Muslims every year at a day that it is (Every year it changes so I can’t say a right day for this celebration ). On the day , we have a legal holiday so we will meet our families or if they were at other cities, we travel to that city then with our tradition’s we celebrate it.

Where does it come from ?

So, important part is here and I will tell you about the answer of question.

About 2000 years ago, Ibrahim who was the prophet, was living with his family and others but he received a message from God that he should slay his son, Ismael. Maybe you are surprised but if you continue reading you will get why God asked Ibrahim to do that. So Ibrahim became so sad because he really loved his son as like other fathers. Ao he told his son that he should be sacrificed which should be done in anyway because it was God’s rule. Ibrahim prepared a sharp knife . He brought his son, Ismael and started to slay his son but knife wasn’t working good. Suddenly God said to Ibrahim stop doing that because God just wanted to try and challenge Ibrahim so God could let him to be a prophet. Then God sent a Ram and told Ibrahim to slay that and use its meat. Since our prophet Muhammad published Islam, we celebrate this day every year.

What do we do a Eid-e-Ghorban day ?

Everyone that could but a sheep, will buy it then he will slay the sheep so he will use its meat we Muslims will share some parts if it to our families, neighbours and people which are poor and need help so we could share this day with others too .

This is the most common tradition that we so but their is a lot of more but I Don know.

buy the way today’s post or somehow it yesterday’s post which I couldn’t publish it for some reasons.  Hope you enjoyed.
